Join Our Team as a Performance Optimization Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Engineer to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our Performance Engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our Formula One race cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve car speed and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance enhancements into the car design
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  • Lead the development of new performance technologies and innovations

Requirements:
