We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. As a key member of our Performance Engineering department, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our Formula One cars.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of our Performance Engineering capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the performance of our cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize car performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of Performance Engineering processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of automotive performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
