About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of our Performance Engineering capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the performance of our cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven analysis techniques to optimize car performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance gaps
  • Design and implement experiments to test and validate performance improvements
  • Work closely with the Race Engineer to ensure seamless integration of performance enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of Performance Engineering processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical, automotive, or aerospace engineering
  • Experience in performance engineering or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
