About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Manager, Toxicologist to lead our safety team and ensure the safety of our products throughout their lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the safety of our products during innovation and new product development, as well as maintaining a robust and relevant safety quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of safety experts to assess the safety of our products
  • Develop and maintain a robust and relevant safety quality management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of product development
  • Represent the company on expert committees and forums
  • Train and develop the skills of our technical and commercial teams on safety knowledge
Requirements:
  • Higher qualification in a relevant discipline, such as pharmacy, toxicology, medicine, or dermatology
  • At least 5 years' experience in safety assessment in the FMCG industry, with cosmetics experience being an advantage
  • Outstanding technical capabilities and ability to represent the company externally
  • Strong business partner skills and ability to work cross-functionally
