About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the major giving team, focusing on raising funds from trusts, foundations, statutory funders, and High Net Worth Individuals.
  • Secure sizeable gifts from High-Net-Worth Individuals through face-to-face asks and other fundraising strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising plans to meet the charity's goals.
  • Provide line management support to team members, enabling them to gain experience in leadership and management.

Requirements

  • Proven fundraising success, with a track record of securing significant donations.
  • Demonstrable experience in philanthropic giving, including securing gifts from High-Net-Worth Individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
