Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Travelex. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions, and promoting Travelex products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and provide exceptional customer service.
