About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, taking into account individual patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to NHS standards and guidelines.

What we offer:

  • A comprehensive training program, leading to a Level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent qualification.
  • A competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Ongoing support and mentorship throughout your apprenticeship.
