About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our Myton at Home team, providing expert care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Registered Nurses in delivering holistic nursing care to patients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assess and respond to patients' needs, providing emotional and practical support
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in hospice, hospital, or community nursing
  • Experience of multidisciplinary team working and palliative care settings
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (either achieved, working towards, or willing to undertake)
  • Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
