We are seeking a talented E-commerce Data Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce data and KPIs to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience working with big data from multiple sources, and a passion for delivering insights to rapidly support business decisions.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The successful candidate will analyze e-commerce data and KPIs, create insightful reports for the team and top-management, and perform ad hoc analyses to nurture the growth of the online business. They will also support e-commerce managers in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and analysing data on a daily/weekly basis
  • Performing ad hoc analyses and 'data driven deep dives' on topics, issues and business questions
  • Analysis and reporting for dedicated scheduled meetings with top-management and finance team
  • Supporting e-commerce managers in budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, power pivots, lookups, VBA)
  • Experience working with big data from multiple sources
  • Passion for delivering insights to rapidly support business decisions
