Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Control Solutions Developer to join our team at Marshall. The successful candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering, with a focus on developing fault detection and diagnostic algorithms, health management strategies, and fault-tolerant system designs for complex systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Hydrogen Fuel Systems Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing advanced control strategies for the Liquid Hydrogen Fuel System.
- Designing and developing sophisticated fault detection and diagnostic algorithms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine control strategies based on real-world performance data and operational requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in control systems engineering, with a focus on developing fault detection and diagnostic algorithms, health management strategies, and fault-tolerant system designs for complex systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages for real-time control applications.
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and feedback control mechanisms used in industrial applications.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including 27 days holiday increasing with service up to 30 days, pension contributions up to 9%, private medical insurance, and access to industry-leading wellbeing resources and tools.
