Speech and Language Therapy Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapy Specialist to join our team in Northamptonshire, providing high-quality services to children and young adults aged 0-19 with a wide range of needs.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

The Children's Speech and Language Therapy Team provides holistic care to children, working in partnership with families, other health professionals, and colleagues in education. Key duties include:

  • Assessment, treatment, and advice for children aged 0-19 with diverse needs.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant postgraduate experience and ongoing CPD.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of various assessments and therapeutic approaches for children.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that promote work-life balance and professional growth.
