About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Team Lead to join our innovative engineering team at Kinvr Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our cutting-edge, event-driven platform.

As a PHP Team Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions, integrating modern technologies and optimizing backend performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team and mentor backend developers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications, collaborating with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability, staying up-to-date with PHP trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven backend development experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in scalable API design and AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile methodologies, with NodeJS experience a plus.
