About the Role

Kinvr Digital is seeking a highly skilled PHP Team Lead to join their innovative engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading development efforts and mentoring backend developers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development teams and mentor backend developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications, focusing on scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic and optimize system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with PHP trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive technical decisions and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in backend development with PHP (Symfony/Laravel).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successful team leadership.
  • Experience with scalable API design and AWS, with a focus on delivering high-performance solutions.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
  • NodeJS experience is a plus, but not required.
