In this role, you'll be hands-on leading with your ability as a PHP Developer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to coding efforts. You'll focus on delivering scalable and reliable data solutions, integrating modern technologies, and optimising backend performance. This is a great opportunity to shape technical decisions, influence the roadmap, and stay at the forefront of backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Development and mentor backend developers, ensuring smooth feature rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic.
  • Optimise system performance and ensure scalability.
  • Stay updated on PHP trends and best practices.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven backend development experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with scalable API design and AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
  • NodeJS experience would be beneficial.
