Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates globally, building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients, negotiating offers, and updating and maintaining our in-house database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire candidate recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Sourcing and screening candidates globally to meet client requirements
- Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth placement process
- Updating and maintaining our in-house database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Learning about technology and global financial markets to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution-focused attitude
- Motivated to hit KPIs and achieve sales targets
- Ability to collaborate well within a team and build strong relationships with clients and candidates
