Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates globally, building relationships with candidates and clients, negotiating offers, and updating our in-house database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Recruitment: Manage the entire candidate recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen candidates globally to meet our clients' needs.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our in-house database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and global financial markets to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree-educated or 6 months of sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution-focused attitude.
  • Motivation: Motivated to hit KPIs and achieve sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well within a team to achieve common goals.
