We are a leading education recruitment consultancy in the UK, with a strong presence across the country. Our team of recruitment consultants provides teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff to numerous Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short and long-term assignments.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work with Secondary and SEN Schools across the region, meeting candidates, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, and placing candidates into roles. You will also arrange interviews and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with candidates to discuss their qualifications and experience
  • Advertise job openings and attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Place candidates into roles and arrange interviews
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or experienced in recruitment or education
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
