Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to optimize stock levels, manage inventory, and streamline logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
