We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team at our care home in Aylesbury.
">Your Responsibilities:As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring they live later life well.
">- Assisting residents with personal care needs.
- Supporting residents to participate in a variety of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver the highest standard of care.
A highly competitive salary of £12.31 per hour is available, along with a range of benefits including 20 days holiday, life assurance, discounts at retail stores, nationally recognized training courses and qualifications, employee assistance programme, wellbeing resources, family-friendly policies, long-service awards, free uniform and DBS check, healthcare schemes and recommend-a-friend scheme.
