Residential Childcare Worker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Barnfield Lodge in Telford, Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
  • Engage our young people in tasks and activities
  • Undertake household tasks
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents' lives
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness

  • Basic Salary: £23,920.00 per annum Sleep-ins paid at £45.00 per night
