We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to assist our residential care team in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young people in our care at Barnfield Lodge.

In this role, you will participate in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the well-being and development of the young people under your care.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
  • Engage our young people in tasks and activities
  • Undertaking household tasks

Our next Senior Residential Care Worker will be someone who has:

  • A full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents' lives.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness.

Barnfield Lodge is a residential home that supports young people from the ages of 7-18 in building incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

This home is based in a supportive environment and is within commuting distance from various towns and villages.
