Credit Operations Specialist with Hedge Fund Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office professional to join our team at OCR Alpha, a young and rapidly growing hedge fund. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a middle office/operations role, with a strong background in fixed-income or credit products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the entire trade life cycle, including close collaboration with the portfolio management teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the business and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade lifecycle activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Collaborate with portfolio management teams to provide exceptional support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:

- Strong background in fixed-income or credit products
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
