About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Credit Professional to join our team at OCR Alpha, a young and rapidly growing hedge fund. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a middle office/operations role, with a strong background in fixed-income or credit products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the entire trade life cycle, including close collaboration with the portfolio management teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the business and develop a deep understanding of the hedge fund's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform middle office tasks, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with portfolio management teams to ensure seamless execution of trades
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the hedge fund's operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a middle office/operations role
  • Strong background in fixed-income or credit products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
