Job Title: Head of Quality

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our quality assurance and compliance efforts. As Head of Quality, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance framework that ensures the highest standards of training excellence, programme effectiveness, and customer service standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance framework that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive professional development programmes for staff.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify improvement areas and inform internal practice.
  • Coordinate the Education and Training programmes, including the monitoring of all internal apprentices.
  • Report to Exec monthly on the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Support senior managers to develop the business and achieve business growth targets in line with the Strategic Plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 5 teaching, learning, and assessment qualification.
  • Level 3 CAVA and Level 4 IQA or equivalent.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Level 5 learning and development or leadership and management qualification.
