About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Three Valleys Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care for and support others.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and values-based care.
