Job Title: Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across our business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist who combines strong testing skills with great communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, as well as a clear understanding of multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, V-Model & Waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Program and Project Managers to deliver the required testing.
  • Execute manual test scripts and ensure high-quality test plan documents are created on small to medium projects.
  • Accountable for the deliverables of the test team for a small project to agreed schedule.
  • Understand the requirements for testing within the project and agree testing scope with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, SCOM, SCCM, VM Ware.
  • ISTQB qualification at Foundation Level or above.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Configuration/Change/Release management principles.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Software Development and Testing Lifecycles.
