We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Advisor to join our team at the BHID Group. As a Showroom Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, ensuring they receive a personalized and tailored experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Tom Howley brand and provide product demonstrations to clients
  • Support the Showroom Manager in maintaining a clean and tidy showroom environment
  • Update showroom footfall and record client information

Requirements:

  • Articulate and experienced in a similar luxury retail or showroom environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable personal appearance and a friendly, personable demeanor
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
