About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Advisor to join our team at the BHID Group. As a Showroom Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, ensuring they receive a personalized and tailored experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Tom Howley brand and values in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the Showroom Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring the showroom is kept clean and tidy
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Update showroom footfall and record client information accurately

Personal Qualities:

  • Articulate and diligent individual with a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment
  • Experience of dealing with discerning clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Target driven retail experience and strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable personal appearance and a personable, friendly, and confident attitude
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
