Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Showroom Advisor to join our team at the BHID Group. As a Showroom Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, ensuring they receive a high-quality showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Tom Howley brand and provide product demonstrations to clients
  • Support the Showroom Manager in maintaining a clean and tidy showroom environment
  • Update showroom footfall and record client information

Requirements

  • Articulate and experienced in a luxury retail or showroom environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Impeccable personal appearance and a personable, friendly attitude
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages
