Commercial Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Partner or Solicitor to join our top-tier national private practice in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial disputes, including high-stakes shareholder and partner disputes, insolvency matters against company directors, ownership disputes, property-related claims, and complex cases involving data, privacy, and confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling high-quality commercial litigation work
- Managing a team of lawyers and supporting their development
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborating with other teams to deliver excellent client service
Requirements:
- 4-6 years qualified experience as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner
- Proven track record of handling high-quality work
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
Compensation Package
