Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced systems manager to join our Clinical Applications team. As Enterprise Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management, support, and maintenance of our clinical applications across Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley District Hospital.

You will work closely with other Digital teams, Clinical, and Operational staff within the Medicine Division to ensure seamless integration and effective utilisation of our systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, system issues, and data quality/information governance issues
  • Leading in all areas relating to system management and changes that affect interfaced systems
  • Maintaining and developing working relationships with stakeholders, project staff, software suppliers, IT professionals, lead clinicians, and other relevant Trust personnel

You will also attend and chair meetings on behalf of the Enterprise Wide Applications management team and senior management team to facilitate and manage work packages.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in system management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
