About the Role:

This role involves managing and leading technical teams in the delivery of rail projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Network Rail Standards and experience in multidisciplinary rail technical design delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical teams in the delivery of rail projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage expectations and ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a generous company pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance, and travel insurance.
