As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in promoting our services and building strong relationships with our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and liaise with Sales Executives to book appointments for them to attend and present Shred-it document destruction services.
  • Respond to and target prospects through tele-sales activities.
  • Create and follow-up prospect lists based on SAP, direct mail campaigns, online, and other marketing leads.
  • Meet and exceed productivity and activity targets set out in the annual Performance Agreement.
  • Provide daily input to the UK Sales force, including opportunity identification and lead generation.
  • Record and report all activity required by service centre management and large account sponsors.

Requirements:
  • A background in appointment making and telemarketing.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven target environment.
  • Good rapport-building skills.
  • Microsoft Office and Windows environment computer skills.
