Clinique Beauty Consultant Opportunity

About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare and makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, recommending custom-fit routines and products to meet their individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Clinique products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively communicate with clients and make informed recommendations.
  • Contribute to a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
