About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized skincare and makeup recommendations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers
  • Recommend and sell Clinique products to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new launches and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
