About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized beauty advice, and promoting our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each client.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to confidently recommend custom-fit routines and solutions.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
