Job Description

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Resource Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across various sectors, including Airports Infrastructure, Power & Communications, Rail Systems, and Plant & Transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and identify the need for external contractors to support project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain fatigue management plans in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify and mitigate potential fatigue-related risks.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered while adhering to fatigue management protocols.
  • Coordinate with the Resource Manager and site teams to align rosters with employee availability, skill sets, and project requirements.
  • Handle leave requests, shift swaps, and overtime, ensuring operational needs are met without compromising employee well-being.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resource-related inquiries from project teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in resource coordination or workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to fatigue management and workforce planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
