Job Title: System Engineer

Azenta Life Sciences is a leading provider of robotic compound management and biological sample storage systems. We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge scientific applications and integrated platforms for biological sample and clinical intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex system requirements for customers, including studies and analysis of existing systems.
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for design, manufacture, and debug as the product(s) move to completion.
Requirements:
  • Degree level or equivalent experience in Controls Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical/Software engineer with system level experience.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills.
  • Organizational and Co-ordination skills.
  • Project planning (Microsoft Project).
  • MS Office including PPT and Visio.
  • Experienced with 3D CAD or AutoLab.
