Refrigeration Commissioning Engineer

Azenta Life Sciences is a global leader in the life sciences space, with a presence in multiple countries. We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Manchester, with frequent international travel opportunities.

The successful candidate will work on our advanced automated sample management systems, which prioritize environmental compliance, energy reduction, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Commissioning and servicing ULT (-80°C) and -20°C Refrigeration Systems
  • Operating and performing functions across both projects and service divisions
  • Ensuring adherence to company and legislative policies, as well as best practices

We are looking for a candidate with a wealth of experience in commissioning, who possesses an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end commissioning process. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work under their own initiative. Key qualifications include:

  • C&G / NVQ or equivalent in Refrigeration Systems
  • CSCS Card (training will be provided if necessary)
  • Full clean UK driving license
