Refrigeration Commissioning Engineer

Azenta Life Sciences is a global leader in the life sciences space with headquarters offices and operations worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Manchester with frequent international travel.

The successful candidate will work on Azenta's advanced automated sample management systems, prioritizing environmental compliance, energy reduction, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission and service ULT (-80°C) and -20°C Refrigeration Systems
  • Take on projects as required and see them through to successful completion
  • Operate and perform functions across both the projects and service division
  • Ensure adherence to company and legislative policies and best practices

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end commissioning process and associated activities
  • Flexible and proactive approach with ability to work under own initiative
  • C&G / NVQ or equivalent in Refrigeration Systems
  • CSCS Card an advantage (training will be provided if necessary)
  • Full clean UK driving license
