Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team in St Albans. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading audits from planning to completion, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of audits, including field work and financial statement preparation.
- Work closely with the Audit Manager to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop and implement audit plans, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Support junior staff with learning and development, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.
- Assist with target setting and department budgeting, ensuring the team is aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Identify services that will add value to clients' portfolios, driving business growth and revenue.
- Champion your own professional development, scoping training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
