The Role: We seek an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The successful candidate will lead the pastry department, overseeing menu development, quality control, and staff management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our Executive Head Chef and Senior Head Chef of Pastry to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Michelin-starred chef partners.
  • Maintain exceptional professional standards to ensure quality and flavour consistency.
  • Drive sales, manage volumes, and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers and local sourcing.
  • Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning and produce high-end restaurant-quality desserts for match day hospitality areas.


About You: To succeed in this role, you should be highly motivated, creative, and passionate about patisserie and cooking. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as a strong command of the English language. You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate the ability to stay in control during peak trading periods.
