Fire Safety Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Surveyor to join our team at Fraser Edwards Recruitment. As a Fire Safety Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys and reports on fire doors across all properties and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and complete reports on fire doors
  • Report on the condition of existing doors and recommend refurbishment or replacement works
  • Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process
  • Ensure correct paperwork is completed and work is done to a high standard
  • Deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City & Guilds
  • Social Housing Experience
  • FRA experience
