## IT Service Desk Team Lead Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Mexa Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in shaping and driving our IT Service Desk operations.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a talented team of 1st and 2nd line engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent IT support delivery
* Manage ticket allocation, escalations, and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s with team members to support their growth and development
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
### What You'll Get

### Who We're Looking For
* Experienced Service Desk Leader or a Senior Service Desk Analyst ready to transition into a leadership role
* Strong track record in 1st/2nd line support roles, with excellent communication skills
* Experience with ticket management systems and understanding of SLAs and KPIs
* Passion for delivering excellent IT support and leading a team
