Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Cambridgeshire area.
This role involves supporting 4 sites within a 25-minute radius from CB4 0AB, requiring flexibility, organisation and adaptability.
The successful candidate will work closely with our field team, covering colleague absences, leading site teams, conducting audits, managing stock and championing health and safety.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Covering staff shortages
- Supervising site personnel
- Ensuring compliance and standards
- Managing supplies and inventory
- Promoting workplace well-being
A full driving license and own vehicle are necessary for this position, with mileage reimbursed.
About YouWe need someone with a proactive attitude, passionate about maintaining high cleaning standards. You should be punctual, reliable and friendly, able to work independently and under own direction.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 20:00. A salary of £13.00 per hour is offered, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role.
