We have a number of exciting opportunities available for skilled engineers, including this role as a Maintenance Shift Engineer.

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring a skilled engineer to work within a dynamic team, providing support to maintenance services 7 days a week across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance
  • Completing tests and inspections
  • Reviewing and developing policies and procedures
  • Supervising subcontractors as needed
  • Supporting Project Manager on in-house projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in FM/Building services
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Ability to use CAFM software

Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a full driving licence and a 5 hour week between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00 plus weekends 1 in 4 - 08:00 - 16:00.
