We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Millsike, a brand new Category B men's prison located in the village of Full Sutton near York.

The prison will have an operational capacity of 1500 people who will spend their sentences learning the skills they need to find work on release as part of the government's drive to cut reoffending. Our team will provide a robust, high-quality clinical service for patients, and we are looking for a leader who can model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication, and competence.

As a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams, work closely with partners to maintain a high-quality clinical service, and lead a team of nurses to provide the best substance misuse care.

We offer a competitive salary of between £47,250 and £53,025 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, and support from the wider team.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
