Job Description

GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance and minor works on a multi-site estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds contract SLAs/KPls
  • Assist with providing quotations for minor project works
  • Manage a team of engineers and plan their workload to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure all planned and reactive repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality
  • Manage minor works through a mixture of supply chain partners and direct staff
  • Ensure contractual obligations and comply with company rules and procedures when working on client premises
  • Liaise with the helpdesk service and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of information contained within
  • Organize and arrange the delivery of parts and manage an appropriate level of stock
  • Integrate into the client's estates team and provide technical advice and assistance to the client
  • Monitor the team and subcontractors by carrying out audits on work completed and instigating corrective action if required
  • Support the business by effective communication, promoting efficiency and innovation
  • Support the organization of the call-out rota and be the point of escalation for out-of-hours work and emergencies
  • Manage the asset management system
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate relevant previous experience in managing maintenance and minor works on a multi-site estate
  • Have a track record in delivering building, mechanical, electrical, and specialist maintenance services
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all mechanical and electrical services with previous experience and/or qualifications
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate into the client's estates team and leadership skills
  • Sound commercial and administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same
  • Experience in planning workload and labor resource
  • Sound administration and IT skills with demonstrable proficient use of the full Microsoft package
  • Full current UK driver's license
  • Ability to successfully complete non-police personnel vetting
