Technical Lead - Software Engineering

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Software Engineering function and lead our new teams in creating innovative digital services for our customers.

This is a hands-on role, where you will spend approximately 70-80% of your time writing code, with the remainder managing, leading agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of greenfield projects using JavaScript or C# (ideally both) and SQL (preferably T-SQL)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Requirements:
  • Fluent in JavaScript or C# (ideally both) and SQL (preferably T-SQL)
  • Experience with AWS/Azure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible working arrangements
