Job Overview
Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Bronllys Community Hospital. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care and support to patients, observing and monitoring their conditions, and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trained nurses in delivering direct care to patients
- Provide therapeutic care and support to patients
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions
- Work collaboratively with a team of Sisters, including a dedicated band 6 sister and a unit manager
Requirements
- At least 6 months of recent and relevant experience in a mental health setting
- Proof of immunisations for Hepatitis B, Varicella, and MMR
- Up-to-date training certificates
- UK Resident
- Driver with own vehicle
- Restraint Training - PMVA, PBM, MAPA
- Right to work in the UK
